Licensing
All our Softwares are licensed under the GNU general public license. Please check your license.txt in your Software folder after you download it.
Software Subscription
All our premium software comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the software to your window. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
Warranty
Our software are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of Window. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, We reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after software files have been modified or third party software have been installed
Software Support
Software Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your software, and make small modifications to make the siftware better suited to your needs.
Software Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the software up-to-date and working with the latest version of Window. Our software are developed and fine-tuned for Window 7 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some software functionality. The minimal requirement for our products is the same as Window.
Browser Compatibility
Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Refund Policy
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 15 days of purchase order. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.
